Floyd Cline, Senior Project Architect and Senior Associate at Perkins+Will, is managing the New Robinson Hall and Harris Theater Renovation/Addition projects. He brings to the team a wide variety of experience in all aspects of project development, ranging from initial planning studies to final construction administration.Paul Harney, Senior Project Architect and Principal at Perkins+Will, is overseeing the coordination of the Utilities Upgrades and the New Robinson Hall / Harris Theater projects. He has dedicated the last two decades of his career to higher education laboratory and technology-driven projects, and has a broad range of expertise with university, institutional, and private-sector clients.

Gary McNay, Practice Leader and Principal at Perkins+Will, is leading the programming, planning, and design process for New Robinson Hall. He is passionate about designing agile, technologically-rich environments, and–in the past five years–has programmed and designed over 5 million square feet of classroom, teaching laboratory, and multidisciplinary research laboratory spaces.

Stephanie Wolfgang, Landscape Architect and Associate at Perkins+Will, is managing the Campus Utilities Upgrades project, including the redesign and expansion of Wilkins Plaza. She has experience working in a variety of market sectors and scales, and is committed to designing in a way that enriches community involvement and the enjoyment of outdoor spaces.

Ed Joffe, Vice President at Whiting-Turner, is the Project Executive for the Robinson Hall Replacement and Utility Infrastructure Improvements. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Ed is Whiting-Turner’s National Higher Education Coordinator. His experiences from previous projects will help guide the team throughout preconstruction and into construction.

Jeff Downs, Project Manager at Whiting-Turner, is the full-time, on-site manager for the Robinson Hall Replacement. Jeff has successfully lead more than 25 higher education projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. His expertise in preconstruction, schedule and budget control, as well as critical site coordination challenges will drive the team to successfully execute the project.Perry Mahle, Project Manager at Whiting-Turner, is the full-time, on-site manager for the Utility Infrastructure Improvements. Perry has spent the past five years working on university campuses, managing projects involving sensitive work to campus utilities. He brings essential expertise in campus infrastructure, schedule and budget control, as well as complex site coordination.Mike Whitmore, Senior Superintendent at Whiting-Turner, is the primary field supervisor for the Robinson Hall Replacement. Mike brings over 40 years of experience to the team, along with an excellent safety record and commitment to quality control. He has completed multiple successful projects for higher education institutions, including George Mason University. Jimmy Koehler, Superintendent at Whiting-Turner, is the primary field supervisor for the Utility Infrastructure Improvements. Jimmy’s entire career has been dedicated to quality control and safely coordinating large projects on university campuses, many of which involved complex infrastructure systems. He will work directly with the subcontractors to carefully maintain a safe, quality, well-coordinated jobsite.
